Wow I am so disappointed in the anime now. Okay guys I am going to just say a few things that they totally hosed up this episode next to the novel. First off tina was NOT found to be the system at this point of the story it happens much later and I mean not until the end of the novel .The second part is that the crow girl never even knew about An Lin this early in the story nor did she have all those divine weapons at the time. The attack on the mortal world and the reason she was there was to obtain the evil slaying sword. See it was sealed in the mortal realm and she was trying to get it back which lead her to conflict with An Lin. During the fight she almost kills An Lin and he is forced to use the special power that takes 1/5th of his lifeforce when using it . He badly injures her and she flees and then An Lin gets the sword to recognize him. You see this girl has a reputation of being one of the most powerful beings around and usually it would take the guardian of the mortal realm to deal with her. An lin was nothing more then ant to her because of that power he used she is now afraid of him.. I still do not get why they are messing with the order he story so severely and even leaving out key plot points. The only part they really got right in the whole episode was the fact the system stopped working because after he used that special ability it drained the power too much of the system which caused it to go into sleep mode. They at least introduced tina but it was done the wrong way just like the dog in the previous episodes.

The fucked this ep up big time I haven’t read the novel but comparing this ep to the rest, this is an ep you would basically end the season on but they’ve completed fucked this episode up, i dont even know wether to carry on watching this or start a new anime

in the novel does anyone that an lin know die? I feel like the comedy is great but his non-caring attitude is getting a bit old. someone close to him dying can change his attitude a bit and make a more serious story with still comedic bits.

Yes in the novel he is motivated more when people around him that he cares about are hurt. Its not all humor and no substance like the anime.

Damn, this episode was kind of intense, R.I.P. Tina smh.
